Thai Oz Entertainment Pty Ltd — Terms and Conditions of Sale

By purchasing a ticket from thaiozentertainment.com or our authorised ticketing partners you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and the conditions of entry of the venue.
1. Tickets
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Third-party platforms may add their own booking fees, which are shown before payment.
- A ticket admits one person to the event named on it. Each ticket carries a unique code and is valid for a single scan at the door.
- General Admission is standing. VIP Table and VIP Couch positions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within the purchased tier; exact positions may be adjusted by the venue or organiser for safety or operational reasons.
- Tickets may not be resold for profit or used for advertising, promotions or competitions without our written consent.
2. Entry
- All events are 18+ unless stated otherwise. Valid Australian photo ID or a passport is required.
- The venue and organiser may refuse entry or remove any person who is intoxicated, behaves in a dangerous or offensive manner, or breaches venue rules. No refund applies in these cases.
- Doors, show and finish times are indicative and may change without notice.
3. Changes and cancellation
Line-ups, set times and programme details are subject to change. Where an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly changed, your rights are set out in our Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Photography and filming
Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending you consent to your image being used by Thai Oz Entertainment and its partners for promotional purposes without payment. Unauthorised professional recording is not permitted.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Thai Oz Entertainment is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from attendance, other than liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Patrons are responsible for their personal belongings.
6. Privacy
We collect your name, email and phone number to issue tickets, manage entry and contact you about the event you booked. Payment details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by us. We do not sell your information.
